PROPERTY VISITS Five Stars Painting and Construction conducts property visits only when they are requested or authorized by the customer or another person with appropriate authority over the property. We do not conduct unsolicited visits to residential or commercial properties for the purpose of providing estimates or selling services. By requesting or approving a property visit, the customer represents that they have the legal authority or appropriate permission to allow Five Stars Painting and Construction to access the property. The customer is responsible for notifying us of any access restrictions, safety concerns, property rules, or other conditions that may affect the visit.
4. FREE ESTIMATES AND PRELIMINARY QUOTES Five Stars Painting and Construction may provide a preliminary estimate by telephone based on information provided by the customer. A telephone estimate is provided for general budgeting and informational purposes only. Because a project cannot always be accurately evaluated by telephone, the preliminary estimate may change after the property is inspected. The final price and scope of work may depend on conditions including, but not limited to:

● Existing paint or coatings
● Required preparation

5. NO CONTRACT CREATED BY A QUOTE REQUEST Submitting a form, making a telephone inquiry, receiving a preliminary estimate, or scheduling a site visit does not create a contract between the customer and Five Stars Painting and Construction. A project becomes binding only when the applicable written proposal, agreement, work order, or contract has been properly accepted or executed by the parties as required. 7. RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS Residential projects will be governed by the applicable written agreement between Five Stars Painting and Construction and the customer. Where Texas law requires specific contract provisions, notices, cancellation rights, disclosures, or other requirements for a particular residential project, those requirements will be addressed in the applicable project documentation.
